How to use
- To hydrate the texturized soya with the water for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Add the soy mass to a mixer and add the burger spices and ingredients in the mixer or you can mix by hand
- Dissolve the product Bindly GBA with the water using an electric mixer or Thermomix. Once the product is diluted in water avoid delaying application (The recommended time is no more than 10 minutes).
- Pour the preparation done previously with the water and Bindly GBA directly over the mass and mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Form de burger.
- Pack or/and freeze de burger.
